Mr. O’Leary has years of experience in civil litigation, with matters ranging from employment discrimination cases and bad faith insurance disputes to wage and hour class actions. With a practice built on successes in those cases, Mr. O’Leary continues to guide his clients through the complexities and nuances inherent in these types of disputes. Whether obtaining verdicts after trials or securing favorable settlements, Mr. O’Leary has a proven track record of getting results. Through this experience, he’s been routinely invited to work with some of the top employment attorneys in California as well as face off against the largest defense firms in the State.
In his spare time, Mr. O’Leary teaches as an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego and enjoys riding his bicycles on and off road. He also continues to pursue his passion for wine as a certified sommelier.
